The discreet ancienne regime style 8 storey building is an intimate hotel of 60 bedrooms built around a courtyard- the scented winter garden. The hotel was built in 1889 and used to be a stately home until it opened as a hotel in 1930. It is luxurious and beautifully decorated, portraying an innate attention to detail. The lobby is large, filled with chic Louis XV and XVI antiques and rococo clocks alongside modernist furniture which was exclusively designed for the hotel.
