Hotel 1. Republic is located in the very centre of Prague, some 400m from the Wenceslas Square, in a peaceful locality and within easy reach of the public transport. It has come into being by the reconstruction of the first-republic house (built in 1925), and has been awarded 4-stars according to the standards of the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants. The hotel offers standard services conforming to the 4-star rating, including, but not limited to, babysitting and use of the well-equipped childrens playroom. Guests can also benefit from the use of the free internet access. Upon arrival each guest will be served the unique first-republic cake made by the secret family recipe of the hotels owner. The rooms are small but are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfort in mind. They come well equipped and the bathroom is fitted with a shower stall.
