The residence is set in a park, in the shade of stone pines, overlooking the gulf of St Tropez, 400 m from the sea and a 15-min walk from the centre of St Tropez.

The apartments, ranging from the studio apartment with cabine for 4 to the 3-roomed apartment for 6 persons, are fitted out in provencal or colonial style. There is fee-paying Wi-fi access, launderette (with charge) and free outdoor, closed car park with code and bar (non-alcoholic beverages).

The apartments are equipped with kitchenette (microwave, vitroceramic hotplate, and dishwasher (except in the studio apartments)), bathroom and separate toilet (except in studio apartments), and TV (with charge).

There is an open air, non-heated swimming pool, open from April to the end of September, sauna with entrance fee and tennis courts.
