A 4-star hotel specialied in hosting politicians and official delegations, boasting a restaurant and a major business centre, with conference rooms and secretarial services. the hotel has three buildings: the central, built in 1974, with 7 floors and 140 rooms, a 19th century building with two floors and the vip residence with three floors of a high architectural value, built in 1984 and completely renovated in 2002. on the first floor there are 2 conference rooms (white and coral) and the remaining floors are home to the presidential and vip suites. the central building consists of a reception, a press room for up to 50 people, business centre, codru restaurant, beauty salon, gift and newspaper shop, currency exchange and car rental desk. the old 19th century building is a state cultural heritage and houses offices of national and foreign companies.
