The ski hotel is situated in Canaze, in an area with wonderful panoramic views of the Dolomite Mountains and the beautiful Marmolada, Gran Vernel, Sass Pordoi and Sella. The hotel is in the highest village in the Fassa Valley, at a height of 1,465 m. Guests will find restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, a bus station and the Val di Fassa ski area all on the hotel's doorstep. Bolzano and its train station are approximately 65 km away.

After a full day of skiing or hiking the guests can return to the villa and enjoy the facilities in the hotel's small health centre. The hotel also has a year-round luggage deposit area, where guests can store all of their ski equipment safely on heated supports to dry for the next day. Further facilities available to guests at the 15-room ski hotel include a lobby, lift access, hairdressing salon and car park.

Each room features an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a double bed, and a private balcony or terrace. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a safe, and individually regulated heating.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning.
