On the ground floor there is a sizeable reception room with bay windows, wooden floors, 2 comfortable sofas, a large TV and a piano. This room is slightly sectioned, with one part benefiting from the large flat-screen TV and the other part, sectioned by the piano making a good reading spot. There is high-speed Wi-Fi and the house is wired for sound.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
The reception room opens onto the kitchen which is stylishly decorated with a neutral colours. It is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a large table which can seat up to 10.

GARDEN
The kitchen leads to the outdoor terrace through huge glass doors. These are a great feature as they give the room a real indoors/outdoors feel. Outside, on the terrace, there are several chairs.

WC/UTILITY ROOM
For convenience, there is a guest cloakroom on the first floor with a toilet, sink and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM with en-suite
On the first and second floors you'll find 4 bedrooms which are all modern and neutrally decorated. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The marble en-suite has a large walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet.
