The riad has a wonderful terrace which overlooks the old city of Marrakech, the Koutoubia tower and the snowy Atlas Mountains. Built in 2009, the property comprises 7 guest rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, TV lounge, caf├®, bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, Internet access, room service, laundry service and a car park are provided for guests.

Location
The hotel is ideally located in the middle of the medina, 100 m from the Djemaa el Fna square (2 minutes on foot) and only 10 minutes from Marrakech-Menara Airport.

Rooms
The rooms of the house each have their own colour and a Berber name to identify them. It is always a concern at the riad to make associations to all forms of Moroccan crafts. Rooms also feature modern comfort with individually regulated air conditioning on the 1st floor and an LCD TV with satellite/cable channels in all rooms. All rooms also feature an en suite bathroom with a shower, Internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set.

Sport
Guests will appreciate the outdoor swimming pool in the centre of the patio. Its depth allows them to fully enjoy a fresh drink in hand. There are tables and a big terrace.

Meals
Guests can discover the multitude of flavours and recipes forming Moroccan cuisine. The team is able to prepare Moroccan dishes such as couscous, tagines, pastillas, briouates and more on request.

Payment
Payments can be made in cash (dirham or euro) or by credit card (4% additional charge for CMI banking platform) including Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard and VISA, as well as some debit cards.

Notes
People from muslim countries/religion need a marriage certificate to share a double room. The reception is open from 8:30 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm. On departure, if guests must leave the hotel before 8:30 pm, they are requested to settle their bill the previous evening before 8 pm.
