The riad is in the heart of the old town of Marrakech, just a few yards from the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the Saadians tombs and the Badii Palace. The nearest bus station is about 4 km and the nearest train station is about 3 km away. The riad is also 7 minutes from the new part of Marrakech and 10 minutes (approximately 3 km) from Marrakech-Menara Airport.

Rooms
The rooms are cosy and offers air conditioning but two rooms have fans and heating, also it has bath or shower-room in traditional Tadelakt. The Terraces will surprise guests by the wealth of their exceptional points of view: Koutoubia, Palais Royal, the Atlas and Mamounia.

Sport
Guests can take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool which has a childrens swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out for guests to use and there are massages and spa treatments on offer.

Meals
The hotel serves a continental breakfast, and lunch and dinner may be enjoyed à la carte.
