The hotel is located directly off the A8 motorway between Karlsruhe and Stuttgart at the Pforzheim West/Zentrum exit. The hotel also has good public transport links with the bus from the main station in Pforzheim to the hotel.

The furnishings are in light wood and with a blue bedsteads and blue armchairs. All rooms contain a mini bar which is a feature associated with a higher category hotel. In addition sweets can be found on the pillow and are an indication of the personal touches that can be found throughout the hotel. Rooms also have a small balcony. Bathrooms are also in good condition with modern amenities including hair dryer. The breakfast room is located on the sixth floor in the hotel to enjoy the view whilst having breakfast. There is ample seating for all guests and the room is light and airy. There is also an excellent choice of food at the breakfast buffet. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but directly next door, with a conjoining door from the hotel, is an Italian restaurant called Spagattissimo. The staff here are more than happy to welcome hotel guests and offer an extensive menu. The hotel is a large white building of 6 floors. The hotel has underground car parking for up to 80 cars and there is also some car parking on street level if required.
