The oldest Inn in Victoria, the property is located in the heart of the historic village, opposite the wharf area & the beautiful Moyne River.

The Merrijig Inn offers traditional bed & breakfast style accommodation with a very big serving of homely comforts. The Queen & King Suites are spacious, located in the house adjoining the old inn. The cosy lounge with open fire & various sitting rooms offer a place to relax, magazines to browse & there is always the garden to explore.

Breakfast is very important, with a somorgsboard of home-made fruits & preserves, sourdough bread and the cooked breakfast of the day using free-range eggs & local bacon.

The restaurant, the Merrijig Kitchen offers a daily written menu highlighting local produce, inspired by the seasons. Our wine list is carefully crafted focusing on bio-dynamic winemakers whose wine speaks of terrior. Open for dinnner Thursday - Monday.
