The charming terrace that distinguishes the façade is decorated with propitiatory masks that probably originate from Spanish prints from the time of the Maya conquest. Crowned by a large rounded arch with a skylight that illuminates the receded windows. The upper terrace, occupying multiple levels, has been restructured to create an outdoor social space: a series of pergolas with curtains and reed mats offer shade, and guests can have breakfast while enjoying views of the nearby cathedral, the street life of old Gallipoli and the surrounding sea.
