The Lake House B & B is absolute lake edge and offers quality, well appointed accommodation. Built in the 1920s it enjoys extensive northern lake views to take full advantage of all day sunshine.

Being lakeside, all rooms in our Bed and Breakfast have outstanding views over Lake Rotorua to Mokoia Island and beyond, it will seem that the lake belongs just to you. There is a lovely walk along the lake edge to a wet lands area. The lake is very safe for swimming and for a closer look at the lake feel free to make use of our Perception kayaks, buoyancy aids are provided.
