Located outside the beautiful village of Oia (Ia), this property is built on the top of a cliff, situated in the northern part of the island, above the Caldera, opposite the volcano. The centre of Oia town is around 1km from the hotel, within easy walking distance. Oia is characterised by its traditional whitewashed houses adorned with blue wooden shutters and doors, its churches, the neoclassic manors, the cobblestone alleyways, the bright pink splashes of bougainvillea and its stunning views of the volcanoes and surrounding isles.The airport is 17km away, port 16km, Fira town 10km, Baxedes beach 1.5km and there is a bus stop near the hotel.

The studios are a good size and built in duplex style with the bedroom on the upper level (with 2 single beds) and a kitchenette and seating area on the ground floor. Rooms are built in such a way that they are naturally air conditioned and their environment is constantly cool, although every unit has an air conditioning system installed as well. Facilities include a kitchen with a fridge and the necessary utensils, phone, satellite TV, safe deposit box, internet access and a spacious private veranda or terrace with a magnificent view of the cliffs, the volcano Caldera and the stunning sunset.
